Managed the Retail Studio, comprised of 12x full-time, 2 to 4x freelance mac operators and a data entry person. The majority of the work was database generated mailers, plus a large number of retail ads, POS, ticketing and more.
Clients:
Briscoes, Urban Loft, Foodtown, Woolworths, Countdown, Rebel Sport, Holden, Life Pharmacy, Line 7.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managed high traffic volume through the studio.
• Ran recruitment campaigns.
• Conducted quarterly staff reviews and separate salary reviews.
• Managed staff aspirations and promotions.
• Involved in disciplinary procedure and written warnings to under-performing staff.
• Administered the database and it's users, within Ogilvy and across all clients.
• Checked and signed off DBLs from printers.
• Press passed printing as necessary.
