eComgroup Ltd | Studio Manager (This was a Contract role) Managed the Web Production Studio, a staff comprised of 2x web designers and 2x senior programmers. Product was general websites through to ecommerce and social networking sites, plus eBooks, digital signage and media, and printed media. Clients: NZ Mint, Glasscorp, Air Pacific, Les Mills, SkyCity Cinemas, Smales Farm and many more. Key Responsibilities: • Managed traffic flow through the studio. • Reported to management during weekly WIP. • Designed marketing material for the group. • Designed and implemented a new timesheet and reporting system. • Met with clients for design briefings and progress reports. • Managed studio staff. • Attended trade shows as exhibitor. |
